According to the survey of UK banks, the majority feels that they do not found or get the right information about the development of their banks. which result the exertion of the credit crunch and lot of customers feeling letout of their accounts.
UK Banks need the Deep Customer Relation Management System, During the finance crisis. On the other side consultant said customers get all the information through websites, Emails , SMS oR hard documents like personalised documents, but customer said they would prefer these communicating ways should reach or informed them in time, so that they take better decisions on time with their finance.
With all these crisis a new website should be setup to allow the people to trace the bank accounts they may have lost track of. This website is jointly setup by British Association and National savings Investment.
